  • No need to be scared of a mystery piece of meat - we trim any extra fat before cooking and use grass-fed steak, hormone-free chicken, phosphate free shrimp, organic tofu.

  • We don’t cut corners - our Carrot Ginger uses real ginger, real carrots, real green onions. Our Avocado Bacon Ranch uses real avocado and real bacon. The list goes on for every one of our dressings.

  • Our roasted veggies are simply seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt, & pepper before being roasted or grilled.

  • We cut & cook our food fresh every single day so you can count on consistency and overall freshness.

  • We actually DICE your salad/wrap to create a “chopped salad”, so you get everything in each bite.

Our prep kitchen

In 2025, we opened our Prep Kitchen at our newest Holly Springs location - where our chefs cook all of the roasted vegetables, grilled proteins, and house made sourdough croutons every single day. We make all of our dressings in small batches as needed each week with real whole ingredients & zero shortcuts. (We even go the distance to make our own cookies in house).
